Headcanon that May never seriously considered that Drew might have a crush on her until the Wallace Cup.

People had brought it up to her before, but she always dismissed it. They were just seeing red roses and immediately thinking romance. And that was silly! She knew the roses weren't for Beautifly, but obviously they weren't like, actually romantic. It was just their Weird Rival Thing.

But then she's at the Wallace Cup and chatting with Dawn about her rivals. And after rambling about Drew for a while, Dawn is like "wow, it sounds like this guy has a huge crush on you!"

May is shocked. Because she never brought up the roses to Dawn, so... why would she think that? Unless... hold on a minute.... unless???
