the museum in belfast is of course #1, but that's... like... far. One day I will! Oh or the big piece in Las Vegas. I think if I saw that in person I would be mush lol

TITANIC MINECRAFT UPDATE!!!!

wanted to give a general visual on the progress I've made on my second minecraft Titanic so far.

Highlighted is what's mapped out. Walls are in place and the general skeleton is mapped out. Most rooms have the style in place too! ( correct wall panels and axminster carpets/litosilo/linolium) Whatever is in white is simply just a blank terracotta floor and white walls and ceiling.

Right now I'm working on the mailroom on G deck, which in real life, was one of the first rooms sliced into by the iceberg! It was one of the first rooms flooded.

SUPER bare bones atm. Cargo hold that is just forward of this room's walls are also in place. Squash court in place and the 3rd class rooms on F and G deck are completed for the most part.

No furniture has been put into place yet. I want to focus on her interior first and foremost.

3rd class is hard to showcase given how claustrophobic it really is. Most rooms there are 3 by 2 interior. Two pairs of beds on each side and the sink in the middle. It was SMALL in real life and putting it into physical/digital form really shows it! Getting a visual and being able to walk around her for myself (given in minecraft of all places) really puts it into perspective.

I can't wait to be finished and have community feedback when I release it. I have a LONG way until then, but in the mean time, the updates are what I can share. When I am done I will release her to the wild for dl and everyone and anyone can roam her halls. Look forward to it! (might be another few months tho... if not longer...)

oh yeah so building my minecraft titanic hasnt been free. I had to buy plans and books and information and stuff. So far my titanic in minecraft has cost me not only an entire year of my life, but roughly 150 dollarssss
