Guilty pleasure of mine but there's about 2-3 Vijinx fics (prolly one or two more I would have to go through my list lmao) where Vi is living a relatively good life but is still like, not happy or just feels stuck in her life. Meanwhile, Jinx in these stories of course has been just about anywhere she can possibly be and always has some hectic story to tell (almost like an ideal hitchhiker without the danger now that I think about it lmao)
Again, a guilty pleasure that I just love applying to Cop!Vi whenever I think about that particular AU and zone out: Someone who THOUGHT they could do a lot of good, ya know working from the inside out and all that, but just becomes so jaded or tired from work and everything that goes on with it. Just had so many ideals and expectations from what she THOUGHT they were, only to find herself way in over her head and has just sort of succumbed to this personality shift of being more blunt and very stand-offish than what she used to be, and even needles/heckles her own coworkers for the fun of it (heavily take inspo from LoL!Vi, as well as what her previous move-sets used to be named. Sure she helps people and solves few cases, but she's such an asshole/smartass about things and is so quick to turn or threaten violence if it'll get her answers. League Vi can get away with that type of stuff, Cop!Vi has so many violations and misdemeanors under her belt Caitlyn is probably her main/only advocate as to why she's even still working)

Aaaaah this ask is perfect
It's such a good Vi tbh. She has such a big heart and her intentions are always meant well but good lord the consequences get her, her fault or not. Systems larger than herself, in place far before she was born remain unchanged by one single person's efforts. On top of that the system is the thing that took her family away from her AND years of her own life away (if that's within the headcanon events it could stay or go).
It's just such a good AU to put Vi's character through 😳 League Vi is such a smartass too lol they both are but LoL takes it to a new level. For lack of a better way of saying it but she gives me such big fuck boy vibes, bro vibes, gym bro vibes. Growing up in a harsh environment, having a big heart and getting the reality of things best you down day after day has got to lead her to having that rough attitude usually unlike herself. Unlike her younger self maybe.
