tony markovich is a pretty fantastic narrative demonstration of why having a cop "on your side" who you've (presumably) known before they got that job still doesn't make that cop someone safe to be around. because the second he doesn't get the attention he wants from fiona he utilizes his position of authority to brutalize and blackmail her actual boyfriend and take over the house next door to her
Tired cop Tony finds Peter (and friends?) smoking weed in a quiet section of the park and instead of busting them Peter flirts his way out (and maybe gets Tony to join in? 👀)

"Put it out," Flash hisses, but it's too late. They've been spotted, and even though Peter shoves the joint at Flash the moment he realizes what's going on, there's nothing they can do to hide it now.
The cop strides towards them. He's dressed in a typical uniform, badge glinting in the sunlight. His hair falls down on the sides of his foreheads and behind his sunglasses are a pair of hawk-like brown-eyes that flick from Peter to Flash to MJ to Ned, clearly taking in the sight of four just barely past legal teenagers sitting on the ground. The picnic basket next to them does nothing to help them look any better.
Peter feels the palms of his hands get sweaty and he swallows like it'll help get rid of the stench of weed that surrounds the vicinity.
"I thought you said cops don't come here." MJ's voice is flat.
"They usually don't," Flash hisses back defensively.
"Having a good day?" The cop's voice is loud, authoritative, but underneath it, Peter thinks he can detect a layer of what sounds a bit like amused exasperation. That's a good sign.
"Hello, officer," he says lightly, and watches as his eyes flick towards him.
"Officer Stark," he introduces, and Peter smiles coyly at him before getting to his feet. He can feel Flash's dumbfounded gaze on him and he generously disregards it in favour of walking right up to Officer Stark.
He tips his head back, then smiles and says, "Peter Parker, sir. I promise there's nothing to see here; just my friends and I spending some quality time together." He lets his gaze flick down to the badge, and then his belt, and finally, just a bit below that. "We'd love to have you join us."
For a split second, he's worried that he's made the wrong move, that he's read the situation incorrectly. He can already imagine the sexual harassment charges, May freaking out—which, avoid at all costs—and the humiliation of getting handcuffed in front of his friends after a bout of unsuccessful flirting.
But then Officer Stark says, "You'll burn your lungs up, smoking that shit."
There's a sharp inhale from behind—Ned, probably—and Peter swallows back his own surprise. He can't hide the delight from his tone as he says, "Well, sir, I just need something to help me feel... alive." In a timidly daring move, he reaches out and rests his hand on the badge, feeling the sturdy steel underneath the palm of his hand.
Officer Stark looks down at him, and Peter smiles. He goes on his tiptoes, whispers, "Maybe you could help me find an alternative solution," before snagging his sunglasses. He pulls them off to reveal a pair of doe-eyes that are softer than he'd expected, then perches them on his own head, tongue poking out to wet his lips. “You look awfully good in that uniform of yours, sir. It makes me wonder how good you look under it.”
There's a small pause, and then Officer Stark says, "Call me Tony."
Peter gives him a beaming smile. "Okay, Tony." He knows he's won.
There’s sirens in the distance, and if he focuses hard enough, he can hear the murmuring of voices nearby. Peter groans, his eyes cracking open slowly, blinking at the hazy light filling the room. He’s on the ground, and he barely manages to lift his head in time to see his front door swing open and two police officers barge into the room.
Thank god, Peter thinks, head throbbing. He can’t really remember what’s happened to him, but he feels as though he’s just woken up from a thousand year nap.
“Barnes, you mark the perimeter with tape. Banner, you get the camera, and for the love of god, someone get an ETA on Stark!” The man in front barks to the other officers entering the room. Cameras? Peter groans again, squeezing his eyes shut.
“H-Help,” he pleads, blindly reaching a hand up. It feels like concrete, and it dangles in the air for a moment before Peter realizes the cops aren’t coming over to help him. “I can’t- I don’t-” he breathes out, trying to lift his head again. “What happened to me?”
If the main cop, the one giving orders, has heard him, he shows no sign of it. He stops at Peter’s feet, looking down at him while shaking his head. “Barton!” He calls. A blonde cop scrambles over to them, nearly tripping over Peter’s feet. “Tell the ambulance to shut the hell up, they’re not taking this victim anywhere.”
“Wha-”
“Yes, Fury, sir,” Barton nods, rushing off, leaving Peter laying helplessly on the ground. The cop--Fury--squats down next to Peter with a puzzled look on his face. Peter watches him, panic welling in his throat. Why is no one helping him? Why are they just leaving him there to suffer?
“Please, sir,” Peter tries again, tears welling in his eyes. “What’s happening? What’s wrong with me?”
Fury doesn’t answer, so Peter tries to get up, supporting himself with his elbows. The cop is still watching where Peter was laying down, and slowly, Peter turns to look, too. His stomach rolls, and he nearly vomits at the sight. It’s Peter himself still laying on the ground, sprawled carelessly with a gun in his left hand and a pool of blood around his head.
“Oh my god!” Peter cries, jumping to his feet. His heart thunders in his chest, watching his own dead body. “What? But- No- It can’t-” he sputtered, trembling in shock. He’s staring at himself, dead. But how? He raises his shaky hands, eyes widening in surprise when he sees the hazy blue glow around himself.
The next few minutes pass in a blur. The ambulance goes silent outside, and then there’s the snapping of pictures all around him. Peter watches in a trance up until a body bag is brought out.
“No, wait!” He cries, trying to reach out and grab Barton by the arm, only for his hand to go right through. He gasps, jumping back like he’d been burned. Barton carries on, undisturbed.
“Y’know, I never will understand what drives people to kill themselves like this,” Barton murmurs, a twinge of sadness wrapped in his words. Peter feels sick, watching the cops bag his body. “I guess the poor guy had nothing to live for.”
“No, that’s not-” Peter chokes up, the tears bubbling behind his eyes. “That’s not true! I didn’t do it!” He has so much to live for. He’d just graduated college, top of his class, and had plans to move in with his best friend, Ned. Aunt May had plans to come pick up him and take him home within two days. He had a job lined up with Orscorp and everything. Peter would never do anything like this.
Outside, there’s a squeal of tires, and Fury rolls his eyes. “Must be Stark. Late as usual,” he snips, zipping the body bag.
“Please,” Peter whispers, voice soft and weak, watching the cops take his body away. He reaches out to touch, but his hand comes into contact with nothing. He’s nothing but a ghost. A ghost no one can see or hear.
He follows the cops numbly out of the house, eyes on his body bag. His attention is only pulled away when Fury gives a call of Stark’s name, and the car in the driveway honks. The passenger side door opens, and an attractive man steps out, a shit-eating grin on his face. “Fury!” he calls, taking his sunglasses off with no regard to how dark the middle of the night was. “Don’t you know not to interrupt a man’s beauty sleep?”
Fury gives another roll of his eyes, shaking his head. “You missed all the action, Stark. It’s a simple suicide. The kid blew his brains out. He was home alone, no sign of forced entry, no witnesses. You’re going to be doing the paperwork for this one, I swear to god-”
“No witnesses?” Stark repeated, forehead scrunching. His eyes dart back over in Peter’s direction, where the body bag still rests.
“No witnesses,” Fury repeats. “You know I hate repeating myself. So, please, if you must reek havoc by coming late, you could at least listen to-”
“Then who’s that?” Stark interrupts, gesturing towards Peter’s direction with his sunglasses. Fury turns to look, and Peter, too, glances around, but there’s no one around.
“Haha, funny, Stark. You should be a comedian. You know the victim’s dead body doesn’t count as a witness.”
“No, Fury, I’m serious. The kid right there, next to the body bag!”
Peter’s heart jumps to his throat, and his body jolts in shock. He does another glance around just to make sure there’s no other kids standing next to their own dead body, but he’s alone. Stark sees him. Stark can see him. He turns back to the man with a desperate, wild look in his eyes, and speaks only two words.
Nurse!Peter X Cop!Tony
Moodboards based on a RP that i have with my friend.
Where the pretty nurse peter, who works himself to the bone in the hospital, starts to fall in love with the cop that rolls into his emergency room constantly.
the cop is a jokey and charming kind of man, he just has an issue with constantly getting hurt.
Tony, on the other hand, might or might not be seeking out danger just so he has an excuse to come by the ER again and see the pretty Angel nurse that stole his heart from the moment they met.

Prompt: Missing & Ravished: Steve gets back to their place after a job that's "under the right circumstances"
In the time that he and Steve had been living together, Steve had gone out for a "job" exactly five times. Considering that they'd only been living together for about four months, Tony couldn't tell whether that was a good average or a bad one.
He knew enough of the details to know that, true to his word, Steve and his team were only targeting horrible, vile people who - in Tony's expert opinion - deserved what was coming to them. People that Tony couldn't keep off the streets no matter how hard he tried. People who had done terrible things.
And it probably said something that Tony was more concerned about his boyfriend's welfare than anything else. That night, number six, Tony couldn't sleep. He laid awake wondering if Steve was okay. Wondering if maybe the target had an unexpected weapon. Wondering if a patrol car would go by at the wrong second. He couldn't relax until he heard their apartment door open.
"Steve?" Tony called out, sitting up immediately. He put a hand on his gun, which was on his nightstand, just in case.
But less than a minute later, Steve walked into their bedroom. "Hey babe. You still up?" he asked, as though everything were perfectly normal and Steve had just gone out for a casual stroll. He was wearing the same clothing as when he'd left. He'd obviously showered somewhere else, because his hair was still wet, curling around his ears.
"I was waiting for you," Tony admitted. "I was worried."
Steve's face softened. "You don't need to worry about me. I can handle myself. And I've got the team. But I appreciate it. You're so good to me..." He crawled onto the bed and pulled Tony into a soft kiss.
But that soft kiss quickly turned into something passionate. Tony gasped in surprise, caught off guard by his lover's hands sneaking beneath the sheets to grope his ass. He was naked under the sheets, a fact which Steve practically purred when he found out.
"Steve! What are you -"
"I told you. I get a little excited under the right circumstances."
"You killed someone so now you want to fuck me," Tony said dryly, but he couldn't deny that his heart had started to race. How could it not? He had a gorgeous, sexy man in his bed wanting to fuck him. Regardless of the reason, that would turn anyone on.
"More like, my team succeeded in doing a good job and I came home to find my beautiful boyfriend all worried about my virtue and now I'd like to fuck him."
"I was worried about your ass. Your virtue is long gone."
Steve grinned. "Same difference." He kissed Tony again. "Wanna celebrate?"
"I can't believe this is my life," Tony gasped out, squirming when Steve's fingers started to slide into some intimate places. Sometimes he still had a hard time wrapping his brain around the fact that he was dating a serial killer.
"Is that a no?"
"If you dare get out of this bed, I will kill you."
Okay, but what about Alpha cop Tony busting into what he was told is a kidnapping of an omega, Peter Parker, that had been missing for almost three months now
He finds the omega on the floor, unconscious and beaten within an inch of his life, blood all over his naked, limp body and pooling underneath him
The alpha who’s done this is out, and Tony knows because he checked the whole house before he let himself go to Peter
Peter’s breathing is shallow but there, and that’s enough for Tony
He calls medical but he picks Peter up carefully and brings him to the bathroom, where he starts a bath for the omega to try and clean up some of the blood that is now staining his arms and uniform
As soon as he sets Peter into the water, it turns pink, and the blood just slides right off of him. It makes Tony feel sick because he knows it’s fresh. It didn’t even have time to dry.
Tony finds a rag and he takes his time washing Peter, cradling his head in his hand so it doesn’t rest on the hard tub or knock around.
At some point Tony gets to Peter’s thighs, and when they’re clean, he finds bite marks on the soft flesh, and he gets pissed. He can’t imagine hurting an omega at all, never mind leaving a mark of abuse on their skin. And Peter looks so small, so weak and defenseless that it breaks Tony’s heart to think of what he’s been through
After finding the bites, Peter wakes up, and before his eyes even open he’s whimpering and flinching away from Tony, tiny pleas falling from his busted lips even though Tony isn’t doing anything to hurt him
And Tony soothes him gently, and when Peter opens his eyes and finds Tony there, he relaxes just a fraction. It’s enough that Tony feels comfortable enough to continue cleaning the omega
Tony talks to him while he works, telling Peter who he is and what he’s doing. He doesn’t linger in Peter’s more intimate areas more than what is necessary, and the omega seems to relax more when he’s assured that Tony isn’t going to hurt him
Still, he struggles to breathe, and Tony knows he must be in a lot of pain with all the bruising. He wouldn’t be surprised to find that the other has broken bone
In the distance, sirens wail, and Tony tries to go faster without hurting or scaring Peter, just wanting to get him at least some boxers before a bunch of people show up. He’s sure the omega isn’t wanting to show himself off to everyone
By the time the ambulance arrives, Peter is caged in Tony’s arms, against his strong chest, a blanket wrapped loosely around his shivering body, and much too big boxers pooling around his hips.
Tony reluctantly lets the boy be taken from his arms and whisked away in the ambulance, and he tries to put his mind to rest by figuring out where the brute who did this went to
He tries, and fails, to stop thinking about how tiny Peter was in his arms, and how much Tony liked watching over him. It made the alpha inside of him preen with how well he took care of the omega
So when Peter is discharged from the hospital two weeks later with a broken wrist and multiple broken ribs and no place to go, Tony offers to take him in
His apartment is messy and small, but Peter doesn’t seem to mind when Tony gives him his own room and takes a week off work to let Peter get settled in
The omega is timid at first, as Tony expected him to, but gradually he gets used to Tony making him lunch, curling up on the couch with Tony as they watch TV or a movie, and cooking dinner together with Tony in the evening. The alpha is a perfect gentleman, never touching him when he doesn’t want to, giving him space when he needs it, and never asking him to do anything he doesn’t want to
And when Tony goes back to work, he worries about the omega still at home. He hopes that the other is okay, even though Peter has been given a phone with his number programmed to call in case of an emergency. Tony keeps his phone on full volume for almost a month just in case Peter needs to call him
But what Tony isn’t expecting is to come home in the evenings to find dinner on the table, still warm and smelling delicious. Or the apartment to be spotless, all the blankets folded nicely and the dishes washed and put away. And he sure isn’t used to having someone to talk to
Peter is smart, way smarter than most omegas are, and it makes Tony’s heart beat faster. He and Peter talk almost all the time they’re together, about anything and everything. Tony buys Peter science books when he admits he likes them, and then a tablet and a laptop so he can do his own research and learn whatever he wants.
The smile Peter gives him makes his knees go weak
As time passes, Tony falls fast for the omega staying with him, but he’s scared that Peter doesn’t want him, or that he’s too scared of what he’s been through to allow Tony in. They still haven’t really talked about what happened in those three months Peter was gone, but Tony doesn’t want to push the other. Peter appreciates it more than Tony will ever know
So when he wakes up in the middle of the night to Peter screaming from his room, he doesn’t hesitate to rush into the room and take the omega into his arms, ignoring the sobs coming from the boy. He rocks Peter and pets his hair back and does everything he can think of until Peter calms down and just slumps against Tony’s strong chest
Tony hopes that Peter can’t hear how fast his heart is beating, or knows how much he wants to kiss Peter in this moment and assure him that things will be alright.
And as much as Tony wants to tell Peter he loves him, he keeps his mouth shut because the last thing he wants is to scare Peter away when he’s still healing. He can keep his feelings in check if it means that Peter never has to leave his arms.
After coming to terms with his feelings, it’s a lot harder for Tony to keep his secret from Peter. He wants so badly to tell the omega every time they cook together and end up making a mess in the kitchen and on themselves. He wants so badly to tell every time they are curled up on the couch watching tv, with Peter’s head resting on his chest.
Tony’s partner at work and friend, Steve, helps him realize that he needs to take the chance or he’ll be miserable for the rest of his life thinking about what he missed out on. Steve helps him get the courage to tell Peter, and Tony even goes out of his way to pick up flowers for the omega
But when he gets home, his plans are thwarted. Peter is on the bathroom floor, curled up in the bathtub and sobbing his eyes out.
Tony goes to him immediately, checking him over for any injuries, but the sobbed “I’m pregnant” is not what he was expecting at all.
There’s three pregnancy tests sitting on the counter that Tony hadn’t seen in his haste to get to Peter. All three of them are positive, and Tony swallows down everything he had planned in order to comfort Peter.
Peter doesn’t stop crying, and Tony carefully picks him up and brings him to bed, curling up under the covers with him. He lets Peter cling to him and cry into his shirt, soaking the material around his face, but Tony doesn’t mind a bit. His hands are rubbing Peter’s back absentmindedly, as the alpha thinks about what this will mean for them.
It’s clear that Peter doesn’t want to be pregnant, and Tony’s also positive that the alpha who kidnapped him is the father. He’s still on the loose, something that haunts Tony every day, and the fact that he can’t reassure Peter that this would never happen again makes him feel like a shitty cop. But the alpha has just disappeared and dropped off the face of the earth.
Peter cries himself to sleep, and Tony doesn’t stop holding him or touching him even when he’s no longer conscious.
The next day, Tony brings Peter to the doctor for a check up, and the doctor checks out his broken wrist, his more intimate areas, and his ribs. Tony isn’t there for the examination, but he waits outside, his leg bouncing anxiously. The two of them have had such a nice two months together that it’s hard for Tony to fathom that this baby might tear them apart. After all, it’s not Tony’s baby, so why would Peter want to stay with him? Why does Tony want him to stay, baby and all?
When they drive home, Peter is silent. Usually the two of them can’t stop talking, but today Peter is just staring out the window, hands folded in his lap. Tony wants to reach out and take one, give it a squeeze, and reassure Peter that everything is going to be fine, but he can’t. Peter isn’t his. He doesn’t know that things will be okay, or even if Peter wants to stay with him.
When they get home, Peter goes inside quickly and hides away in his room. The alpha in Tony is desperate to soothe Peter’s hurt, but he decides to bake instead. Three hours later the kitchen is a mess, Tony’s covered in flour somehow, and there’s burnt cookies sitting on the counter.
The smell drags Peter out of his room for the first time, and even though his cheeks are tinged red and splotchy and his eyes are puffy from crying, he laughs until Tony joins in laughing.
After that, things go back almost to normal, although there is less touching than before. Tony wants to drag Peter into his side again when they watch movies, but he’s scared the omega will react poorly. He tries to give Peter space even though his insides are screaming for him to hold on and never let go.
And then Tony gets busy at work with a case involving a drug dealer that somehow always managed to slip away under the cops’ nose. Being at work helps him forget about how much he wants to mate Peter, or how badly he wishes the baby in Peter’s stomach was his.
Until he comes home one night and finds Peter on the couch, wearing nothing but one of Tony’s old t-shirts and some lacey pink panties. He’s asleep, which Tony is grateful for when he can’t help but drool over the thin fabric covering Peter’s body. He isn’t sure when Peter had gotten them, but he’d given the omega free reign over his credit card to buy himself clothes and groceries.
There’s a slight swell of Peter’s stomach, and Tony itches to cup it in his hands. His alpha wants to pamper Peter and keep him off his feet, babying him until he gives birth. But he’s not sure if Peter wants that from him.
Somehow, Tony manages to get to his bedroom without being caught staring, and even though he’s hard from seeing Peter like that, he lets it be. It’s not about the sex with Peter. He just wants to love the omega.
The next morning, Tony wakes up to the smell of something cooking, and he wanders out in his pajamas to find Peter making waffles. He’s still in the same clothes as the previous day, and Tony’s eyes wander to the bump nearly hidden under the soft shirt. It amazes him that there’s a baby in there, and he’s almost giddy with excitement at the thought of having little feet run around the house.
But Peter’s cheery “I’ve started looking into apartments” sends ice right into his heart. He freezes, taking in the sight of Peter’s bright smile and slightly flushed cheeks. He starts talking about all the federal aid he qualifies for--enough to get his own place--and he doesn’t even notice how Tony’s heart is breaking. How he feels like someone has ripped his heart out of his chest
That morning in the shower, Tony cries, and he isn’t afraid to admit it. He doesn’t want Peter to leave.
Peter is just so happy about everything that Tony doesn’t have the heart to ruin it for him by telling him his feelings. It would only make things harder for the omega.
Steve disagrees but he helps comfort Tony anyway
In the evenings, Peter sits beside Tony on the couch, and instead of watching tv or talking about science, Peter shows him in detail every apartment that he’s looking at. They all look lovely, and the way Peter talks about them makes Tony’s heart ache and want to provide for him at the same time. He doesn’t know how to deal with it.
Peter’s got one hand on the laptop, showing Tony the apartments, and the other hand is caressing his baby bump. Tony’s not listening to a word, just staring at the swell of his stomach. Peter doesn’t seem to notice, and finally, Tony can’t take it anymore.
He interrupts Peter to tell him about how nice it was to have Peter around the house, cleaning, cooking, and keeping the alpha company. He spills about how badly he wants to protect the omega from every harm he could possibly face. He tells him about how much he’s in love with the beautiful omega he saved and how he never wants to let him go.
Peter is quiet, his hand stilling on his stomach. Tony’s heart is in his throat and beats loudly in his ears. He can’t bear to look at Peter, and yet he can’t bear to look away, either.
It takes a moment before Peter reacts, and when he does, all he does is excuse himself and leave to his room. Tony hears the door shut and it slices his heart in two. He’s spilled his guts, and Peter left. He didn’t feel the same.
An ache spread in Tony’s chest as he slowly got up and made his way to the bedroom. He removes his clothes with a numbness he didn’t know existed, staring blankly at his bed. He barely feels himself crawling into the tangle of blankets, and he’s not even aware he’s in bed until his eyes focus on the ceiling.
He gave it his best, but Peter obviously didn’t want him.
Or so he thought until he heard the door creak open and felt a warm body slip into his bed, wrapping their arms around Tony and laying their head on his shoulder. Nothing was said as Tony settled his hands on the smooth skin of Peter’s back, a smile on his face as he drifted off to sleep.
