Itemized list: 1. I bought a paper towel holder/shelf to add to the wall above my art desk. It’s perfect and maybe now I won’t lose track of my paper towels all the time. 2. I use circles a lot. I love their fluidity. But. Sometimes I try to force myself to use squares. It’s good for me. 3. Our son goes for his third open heart surgery on January 24. I will be doing my best to prep pages so I can continue to art journal through the torrent of emotions I know I will be feeling. New afternoon #animatedtype doodle. #distortedmotion adjacent. A struggle with pieces like this is the difference between viewing them on a large computer screen vs on my phone. Color and constant are different (my phone screen, at least, is normally very dim), but also the variability of how much detail can be seen on screens of different size and resolutions. Timing/pacing also feels different. 🤷🏻‍♀️ :: Glad to have worked on this, but somehow unsatisfied.
