If I use The Scarab God's ability to get a token copy of Grist, what will the token look like?

The Scarab God will try to make a token copy of Grist that's a 4/4 black zombie, however Grist isn't a creature when it's on the battlefield, so it can't be a Zombie or have a power and toughness.
This means that you're left with a mono-black token copy of Grist, as printed.

707.12. An effect that instructs a player to cast a copy of an object (and not just copy a spell) follows the rules for casting spells, except that the copy is created in the same zone the object is in[...]
With Spelltwine, you'll cast the copies from exile. With God-Eternal Kefnet, you'll cast the copy from your hand.
I have Saheeli, Sublime Artificer and a Servo token. I play a big creature (say, Enigma Drake) and use her loyalty ability. In response, my opponent kills my Drake. Does the Servo still transform?
No, nothing will happen when Saheeli’s ability resolves.
Saheeli’s loyalty ability has two targets and both must still be legal in order for the ability to do anything when it resolves. If only one of the targets is legal at the time of resolution, then Saheeli lacks either something to turn into a copy of something else or the something else to make the first target into a copy of. If this is the case, then the ability resolves and does nothing and your Servo stays as just a Servo.
If a card "becomes" something else (such as through the use of Skilled Animator, turning that card into a 5/5 artifact creature), and you later use an ability that creates a copy of the affected card, would the copy also be a 5/5 artifact creature or would the copy rely on the printed text of the card being copied?
No, you won’t copy those changes.
When you create a copy of something, with say Sculpting Steel, the original object is copied as printed (or as created if it’s a token). The only exception to this is that you copy any other copy effects that already apply to the thing your copying.
For example, if you copy Juggernaut with Sculpting Steel, then the original Juggernaut dies, and you then cast another Sculpting Steel, it’ll become a copy of Juggernaut when it copies the first Sculpting Steel.
How does Helm of the Host interact with permanents that aren’t printed creatures like (most versions of) Gideon (under the effect of his 0-power)?
When you create a token copy of a permanent, you copy that card as it looks after any copy effects (e.g. Clone) are applied to it. This means that things like counters, added types, abilities, etc. aren’t copied. So if you have Helm of the Host attached to an animated Gideon of the Trials when your beginning of combat step begins, the trigger will create a non-creature non-legendary Gideon of the Trials.

It will be 4/4.
When an effect copies or creates a copy of something, except that it keeps certain other characteristics, then those characteristics and any abilities that define them won’t be copied over. This means that not only is your token Tarmogoyf 4/4 instead of */1+*, it doesn’t even have the ability that defines its P/T.
The token will just be a black 4/4 Zombie named Tarmogoyf with no abilities.
If you get a token that is a copy of a creature, what exactly do you copy? How about Entchantments, Equipments or Counters?
You copy the creature as it’s printed, as modified by any copy effects that may be applied to it. In general, you get a photocopy of that creature. It doesn’t have any extra granted abilities or counters or equipment or auras that are on the original creature, just whatever that creature is naturally.
