Iruka allowed Kakashi to tug him to his living room the red on his walls also reminding him of blood, blood from that night.
"Thank you" Iruka mumbled as he finally collapsed onto the couch "I am thankful you are here Kakashi-San. I think tonight would have been the one night that I lost it if you where not here."
Closing his eyes Iruka reached for the remote turning the tv on “What movie would you like to watch to get our mind off of whats going on outside.”
The jounin simply plopped down on the sofa next the other male after entering the room. The apartment was more spacious compared to his own and he enjoyed it but he didn’t really have any need for all of it. What few personal belongings he has usually stay in a box n the top shelf of his closet. It was nice to stretch out though. Not that he didn’t do enough of that while training but it really was nice to relax despite the thoughts that were occupying the both of them.
"It’s no problem. Don’t worry worry about thanking me. I know you would the same." He replied, giving the darker haired male another one of his small smiles from behind his mask.
In all honesty, he didn’t really care what they watched. As long as Iruka felt better. Kakashi wasn’t really one to watch movies but it seemed like a good way to pass the time, especially if he was spending the night. “Doesn’t matter to me Whatever you want to watch is fine.”
Iruka was glad that the windows in his living room where covered with new curtains. He had just got them last week as the final touches to moving back into his childhood home, a home he had been avoiding for many years. But the apartment he was at was small, and he was getting yelled at by his neighbors for his late hours, and by his landlord for all the plants he kept.
Flicking the channels Iruka finally settled on a children's movie, those normally where feel good movies that could cheer just about anyone up.
Iruka settled for a more modern take on the princess and the frog Looking up at Kakashi, Irukas tanned skin turned red once more.
"I know it's a children's move, but these sorts of movies always make me feel better no matter how low I feel."
