Fun Fact: Clive Barker apparently referred offhand to a group called “The Surgeons” in his book Weaveworld, which were heavily implied to be the actual Cenobites, and in the book he killed off Pinhead; Pinhead went by the name “The Hellpriest”
So, given that fact and how very general those alternate names are, you could totally use those as names if you wanted to include Cenobites in your work without getting sued! Like how D&D uses “Halfings” to avoid the Tolkien estate!
