Because people here are too free to spread hatred🙂

Just sharing some screenshots because this time I'm not just going to rant my head off.

Started with @cinescence telling me that @thegirlwithpurpleeyes is using my dividers without credit. Here's the chat :) And her blog where she has used my dividers !

I didn't pay attention to the last message that cinescence sent me because I already told people to not complain about other people in my DMs and cannot trust anyone about that here anymore.

Here is the DM that I sent her and clearly, I got a very polite reply from a person using my work without crediting me and on top of that having the nerve to call me a bully.

As soon as I sent her the message, she edited her bio and mentioned me in it by writing "Dividers by - @uzmachiano". WHAT !? 😂🙂 (I took all the screenshots after this point)

Also, then I checked her blog and she was already getting anons so I commented on one of the posts saying that I'm not that Anon and also sent her a message in the DM. To my surprise those anons were somehow similar to the person's chat (cinescense) who told me they're using my dividers and to the messages that I sent this girl (thegirlwithpurpleeyes). BLOCKED THEM BOTH.

In the last screenshot, she says she's not gonna credit me bcz I'm a Bully :) Wow ! The audacity !!! I pity such people for being so low 🤣

Umm..WARNING : I AM NOT AFRAID to say it to your face if you're using my work without following the rules. I don't send ANONs to people.

So if you get an anon for my dividers please be aware because that is NOT me !🙂

I won't hesitate to block 100 accounts like these.

Farewell, old friend

Kissanime and Kissmanga were not perfect, but they were my favorite sites and you could always trust them to have a series that you wouldn’t find anywhere else. I had even started begrudgingly taking the ads in stride. The sites shutting down forever is sad.

The photographer suing Getty Images for selling her work could destroy museums.

This news is a little old, but I’d not heard about it before.  I find it almost hard to believe Getty Images could be so damn stupid to think they could get away with this!

You might expect some cheap badly run stock image site to upload and profit from photography they have no right to sell, but would you expect it from Alamy/Getty Images?  It seems using images without permission is something Getty have done more than once. 

I’ve never been that keen on Alamy or Getty Images, their prices are ridiculously high, don’t seem any better quality than you can get on a free image site, plus I can’t help wondering just how much the photographer receives for each image sold. 

This is so maddening to read about their arrogance in profiting from thousands of images originally donated for the general public to view or use without charge.  The photographer only discovered their little evil secret when they arrogantly arrived on her website demanding payment for the use of her own images.  I guess that wasn’t the intention to contact the photographer in that way... huge mistake that was, and quite laughable!!  Maybe if they had been paying closer attention they would have noticed she was a well known photographer and responsible for all those images they were trying to sell.

It’s a great pity the photographer didn’t get the payout she was suing them for, and totally crippled Getty Images financially, because they deserved to be destroyed. Unfortunately the courts dismissed the case because it wasn’t a copyright issue. 

It is true anyone can use and profit from a public domain image, but it’s not generally acceptable to profit from selling the actual images without creating something from the image.  The most common usage would be for a book or a print.  To include the files on a stock image site and charge others for using them when they can access them for free elsewhere is pretty low.

Below is a video explaining the case for those who’d rather hear it than read all the detail in the link I’ve included.  The second video is photographer Carol Highsmith herself talking about taking some of those images she donated to the Library of Congress.

What the hell BH?? You are years in music industry you knew this kind of problem.. like what?? BTS have done covers before then now suddenly got copyright issue??

guys, i need help.

so, there's someone on youtube who stole my fursona and is being a bitch to both me and anyone else who tries to tell them that what they're doing is wrong. they only have one video, and they were an absolute snob to my irl friend after she told them that they needed to stop. i am utterly heartbroken that they stole sora from me and claim her to be their fursona. they have even claimed to be making a fursuit for her already! and they've been deleting they're comments from anything that involves me. this all started because of a speedpaint video that was requested by this fake that i found on youtube. i jumped down their throat for stealing my fursona, and i heard nothing from them for at least two or three months. i thought it was all sorted out, being that they'd changed their name from "Sora the Dutchie" to "Rouge Wolf" then, they got on my ass today and stated that they remember drawing sora themselves and making her attitude "to their liking" i'm not kidding about this, but i swear that i felt something in my heart snap when they came back with that response. i'm scared. i don't know what to do. i don't want to lose sora! if you can, try to help in any way possible! this is their youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCK5WJEzAntSdgW2BEc5Tlvw please don't let them take sora from me!

If I'm the bully why use my dividers in the first place ? Also, an almost non-existent blog just to reblog my Masterpost ? How much free time do u ACTUAL bullies have ?

Lol people should just check her blog and look at what kind of asks she answers and make a judge of character ! Because I don't talk shit here about people. I was never involved in such shitty behaviour unless people came to me talking behind each other's back.

I just found out about your blog because cinescense told me that you're using my dividers without credits ! And you were clearly doing that, so you were confronted about that. Don't go on about bullying and what not, when I didn't even have an idea about your existence before I sent you that DM.

Again, I'm just here to make and share dividers but some people are too full of themselves, they just want to hog all the credit for themselves without putting in the work !

I didn't ask anyone to fight with someone for using my dividers. I only ask people to let me know if someone is not providing credits. And people who have no work on here, have made a job out of it by bullying people and they are anons so even I have no idea who's doing that. I never supported anyone to speak in my place ! I don't support bullying and I'm not involved with anything as such. I don't talk about anything else other than dividers/requests or credits.

Ever since my last post about bullying I've turned anon off, so now they've found a new way to get to me :)

I'm GLAD to not have such people using my work — who have no idea of the situation and blindly follow someone's words ! Hope you rest easy when the truth comes out anytime in the future !
