Sitting outside of the boarding gate, wasn't the best place to decide that you'd made a grave mistake booking a plane ticket - but as she stared down at the boarding pass in her hands, it suddenly seemed like the most idiotic choice she'd ever made. Subconsciously bouncing her leg, she finally pulled her eyes from the ticket to look over at Lourd in the seat beside her. "This is ridiculous isn't it? Who goes to their ex's wedding? Who goes to their ex's wedding, when they're marrying the person they cheated on you with?" When the invite had first shown up, all she'd wanted to do was tear it apart and hide under her her blankets. The more she sat with it, the more she reasoned that if she went to the wedding - it'd look as though she was over everything. It'd look as though her ex hadn't 'won', that he hadn't broken her in some way. Broken was exactly how she felt at the idea of having to be in the same room as her 'old friends', who'd known her ex had been cheating but never whispered a word to her. "I know it's my choice to stay single until I find Mr Perfect, but... It seems far too pathetic to show up alone, don't you think?"
