Article that includes statistics and information about how many students were affected by stress.
1. Topic: I am studying how stress affects college students.
2. Question: because I want to find out what/why/how: stress affects students both negatively and positively mentally, physically and emotionally.
3. Significance: in order to help my reader understand the causes for stress, how it affects a person, how to prevent it and how to avoid it.
Based on the reading I would consider my topic both a problem and question. Stress is a usual thing everybody goes through at some point in their life and its usually a problem for some people. The question: What causes it? How to prevent it?

When I hear the word "problem" the first thing that comes to mind is the word answer. A problem to me is a question or issue that needs to be solved and its usually hard or difficult to accomplish; therefore finding an answer or solution takes time.
