If you aspire to share circles of interest, connection or engagement you may want to consider these things: 1. Make sure you have really considered who the circle includes and do some vetting. e.g Christine DeGraff's #31people project is a great example of someone that has done a superior job creating her circle.... This does not mean your circles have to be small, just done well. Who wouldn't want to be in a quality, well thought through circle? 3. Do NOT name drop anyone that you have not formed a real, genuine relationship with... ask yourself if adding them would be something they would want. 4. Be wise about who you add to your circles... Check them out before you add new ppl so you keep you stream clear of any junk. - This is a HUGE area of improvement for me and I will be sharing some new guidelines for who is able to get into Core Multiplier Circles, so you can have more assurance that those I promote are who you will feel comfortable promoting. I need to take things up a notch in 2014! 5. Encourage engagement and shun mindless adding of circles for the express purpose of gaining followers. Sure, adding people to a circle is great to gain followers, but engagement is SOOOOO much better! 6. Be responsible in creating circles and consider the broader community when possible. i.e. be a good steward, see Stephan Hovnanian's post on this: https://plus.google.com/+StephanHovnanian/posts/LX7f54JcztD I believe Google Plus is a very different platform because of the people in it... and as Circle Creators and participants of circle shares, let's hold ourselves to a higher standard of excellence!
