“baby!” jade called for corinna over the party’s thumping music, arms outstretched for her friend and bandmate to join her on the couch. she always preferred private parties to going to a club because she didn’t have to worry about being recognized and she didn’t have to sneak off to dingy bathrooms to do a line or two. “there’s a pool out back and jack says it’s heated, you have to come swimming with me, pretty please? i haven’t been swimming in ages.” her tone was melodramatic as she pleaded with the blonde to join her but she was high so it seemed of the utmost importance to her at that moment. @corinnasrose
