This is the probably my most popular photo of my work-and my second creation ever with these branches. It’s crazy to see what I initiated after trimming my tree that first time and being unable to throw such beauty in the yard waste bin.
Leaves from the Corkscrew Filbert in the front yard. This tree, also called the Harry Lauder's Walking Stick, has become a favorite of mine. I love the gnarled, twisted branches. And, of course, the leaves.
Altar pieces. These are some fallen and/or pruned branches from the Corkscrew Filbert in the front yard. There are a handful currently lining one altar and a few on the smaller one as well. Something about the Corkscrew Filbert reminds me of Loki, and We Both love the tree dearly. The branches are beautiful and are loved as an addition to Our altar.
