The Kid never had a name. His face was never described in detail in the book. He is an impersonal figure that combines the features of many young people of that time. School assignment where we had to redesign book covers for books in a specific genre. I picked American gothic!!! I love experiencing New World horrors!!!
my chosen books were the House of the Seven Gables, We Have Always Lived in a Castle, Clock Without Hands, and Blood Meridien. I inked everything by hand, hand lettered, and colored digitally.
