Day 2 of the #septtextilelove challenge by @seam_collective and the theme is discipline/craft. Mine is anything that involves any form of needle/hook and fabric/thread so that covers a lot! Sewing is my first love be it by hand or machine followed by knitting and crochet. I am always mixing what I do these days to avoid repetitive strain injuries which I seem to be prone to as I get older. #MarchMeetTheMaker Day 31: Looking Forward The last day of the #marchmeetthemaker challenge on Instagram, thanks to @joannehawker for setting the challenge prompts. I am Looking forward to all the challenges life has thrown at me in the last five years to be coming to a close, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel but that tunnel sure is long! New challenges approach this year, one being my Husband is retiring from work and I am not sure if that is going to be helpful or a hindrance, we'll see😆 I look forward to trying out more new crafts, the card in the picture is one I made at our local craft club meeting last night. #MarchMeetTheMaker Day 29: New v Old On the left you have new'ish photos and on the right from 2015 when I first started out. I am still making a lot of the same products although there have been a few tweaks here and there but displaying my products for photos have improved I think. The old bedsheet over the sofa has gone😆, it has been replaced by white foamboards.
