Ingredients: 4 ears of corn, husked. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons smoked paprika. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Wood chips for smoking.
Instructions: Preheat your smoker to 225F 107C using wood chips of your choice. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create a spice rub. Brush each ear of corn with the spice rub, ensuring even coverage. Place the seasoned corn on the smoker grate and close the lid.
