Cucumber Beetles seem to prefer amaranth more than my squash, melon, and cucumber crops. So I planted amaranth seedlings right in my cucurbit rows and immediately the pests flocked to them. Have you done this? I'm worried their larva, which are called corn rootworms will attack the nearby corn. Have you had this problem with three sisters plantings?
