Mondo liked Otto so much because of Ottos admiration for him , he took advantage of Ottos admiration and created a sorta romantic ish relationship with him ( this was Ottos first ever relationship , and he was in Love with Mondo . Mondo really loved Otto too ! Their relationship wasnt toxic like Joan and Mondo , it was sweet and tender and nice . It was full of loving compliements and gestures , although Mondo never abused Otto the way he did joan he did frequently on and off love - bomb Otto .
