Week 3 of @corotober : Arcs

I didn’t really much of an idea for what to for this week, but I did know what my favorite arc was :) it’s the Guardians arc. I was pretty busy this week so I just ended up redrawing the last ever page of them 🥲. The only notes I have is yes, I did turn Hivemind into a cuttlefish, and yes Jet is my favorite Coroika girly of all time, tho that pain brush octoling in the recent chapters is slowly climbing up my top 5.

I just barely finished up the art before the week was over.

Week 1 for @corotober the theme was ships & I don’t really have a lot of canon x canon ships. So I just did my oc x canon ships 👍 I really fricken love the hachi x biker ones & the onyx x rider one was mainly done so I can practice drawing them cause both of them are hard 4 me to draw.

idk if the fish x emperor one counts as nsfw (since it talks about squid reproduction) if it does I’ll prolly edit it out. Btw this series with these ocs happens like 10 years after the events of the Splatoon manga so they’re all over 20. Either way hope I don’t get cancelled 4 this.

Headphones as a forest elf and Aloha as a fae for corotober week 2: au.

Headphones was sort of a challenge to draw since I was trying to balance her sporty look from the manga with this being basically her work uniform. She's part of the city guard and spends most of her work days patrolling the forest and making sure threats (like say, giant spiders, or bugbears, or bored fae) stay away from the city. I like what I came up with for the most part.

Her bow, while simple in appearance, is magic. It's impossible to break and shoots arrows that spawn into existence when the string is pulled back. The quiver looking thing is actually a bag that she carries things like a first aid kit and snacks in. Instead of her namesake headphones, she has a lacrima that can record and play sounds that she primarily uses for listening to music.

Aloha was fun to draw. My philosophy for designing fae characters is that they should look really effing weird chimeric things. So Aloha has a canine face, cat ears, insect wings, 3 fingered hands, mostly humanish legs that end in tiny hoofs, and tentacle flesh blobs on his legs. And also he's bright pink and purple.
