Today is the half way mark for the workplace fitness challenge. Since February 1st, I have increased my lean body mass 6.2lbs (162.7 to 168.9), skeletal muscle mass 3.3lbs (93.9 to 97.2) and decreased my body fat mass 2.0lbs (41 to 39) & percent body fat down 1.5% (20.10 to 18.70%). Between meals from Fit Kitchen and training hard with Jensen Fitness, I’m going to kick some *ss!!!! Stay tuned! PS.
