There is this popular recipe out there for something called "crack chicken". I get mine from a site called @cookiesandcups . It's really wonderful and a serving is 10-11 carbs. I know it's a bit high but we use 4lbz of chicken, 4 packs of cream cheese, and 4 packets of dry ranch seasoning, pour it all in to the instant pot for 60 minutes. We put ours over broccoli 👍. It's quick, easy and feeds a lot of people. I estimate the servings at around 12 for the carb count but I'm going to bet you can get more from it depending on your desire. You can also use it as a dip for pork rinds etc..... in any case my serving here going off the 12 serving assumption ( 1 cup ea).
