“watch out around this corner.” you spoke aloud, thinking of the horrors that could be just around the hallway to your left whilst your boyfriend maneuvered his avatar around the lonesome mansion. he nodded, listening to your advice before making his way to his destination. “careful, careful.”
the two of you were extremely focused, already having been streaming for nearly three hours long with no breaks—and though you were at the end of your energy, the viewers were sitting at the edges of their seats, anticipating your next moves with vigor.
“oh shit!” he shouted, flinching at the sight of one of the daughters materializing in front of ethan. she licked her lips on the screen, approaching the player quickly with murder on her mind. “what do we do? what do we do?” he repeated, shaking his head with nerves. “baby, what do we do?”
you wrapped your arms around his neck, pressing a chaste kiss to his cheek before motioning for him to step aside and allow you to play. “c’mere,” a faint murmur left your lips, eyes scrolling across the controls and avoiding cassandra in the most efficient way possible. “look we have to head over here.”
though you were focused on the gameplay, you could sense that your adoring boyfriend was choosing to take your beauty into view rather than the storyline. it was an often occurrence, him getting distracted and losing a life or some health just by staring at how gorgeous you looked beneath the soft light of your led lights.
“hey,” you shot a glance at him, raising your eyebrows at his flushed cheeks and ghost of a smile. he was your dream man—in all honesty the only man that you’d ever imagine yourself ending up with—and there was no way you’d ever let him go. “you going to pay attention or what? time to kill a beautiful woman.”
“not nearly as beautiful as you, sweetheart.”
