His fingernails were painted in the rainbow as well (props to Cissie for knowing exactly what to do, there) and his cheeks were equally as glittery as Blues. This? This was the very definition of a blast.

Shame, most certainly, was not in Bart’s vocabulary.  “No thanks. I’d rather stop existing.”
