//So, as some of you may know, I’ve been in California for 3 months now (in fact, 2 days ago was my 3 month anniversary here). 

I was in such a bad place in Michigan. I couldn’t be myself. I turned to this blog, secretly, in order to even remotely have something to call my own. 

Now here I am, in California, working my childhood dream, with people I care for dearly and who care about me... And I can finally hang up creative things that people have drawn me over the years that have got me through some tough shit. 

And the thing is...  This isn’t even all of them, yet it’s from floor to ceiling. There’s way more to hang up too.

It was the smell that hit him first. The figure on the work table might as well have been dead; clear fluid oozed from its ear and the hole drilled into its head. Blood had soaked into the paper sheet beneath the body. Yet those eyes opened and closed. A rattling groan left pale lips. Gene covered his nose and mouth with his sleeve as he approached, taking a better look at the volunteer. "So this is why you are ignoring my calls."

There had been a handful of messages left on his cell phone. A majority of them were from a certain handsome scientist, which earned a slow smile. It was a fortunate thing that his cell phone still functioned- - retrieving it from an unmarked grave had been more work than it was worth. Dialing the familiar number, Gene brought the phone up to his ear. “...  Cher Carlos. I apologize for not returning your messages. It has been... a weekend.”

Locked in a Cage

@corruptedcarlos Sun sat there in a cage much to small for her, hands bound by chains behind her and dried blood caking her hair. She growled at every scientist that walked past her but they paid her no heed. She was caged and that's all that mattered till the head scientist arrived. "I fucking hate doctors..." Sun mumbled under her breath as she kept struggling against the chains.

Ah, Carlos! It has been a long time since I’ve come across you, good sir - there was something mentioned about “Impossible Science”, if you know the term.

I wonder if it has anything to do with Impossible Geometry-

Gene frowned. He folded his arms across his chest while looking at the man, weighing the pros and cons of his words before he spoke them. His eyes narrowed in thought. “... When you said there was an accident at the lab. This wasn’t what I was thinking. I’m not sure what to think.”

1. What is something I always say to you? “Why is the door locked-”

2. What makes you happy? Science. Lots of science.

3. What makes me sad? Your career! <3

4. How do I make you laugh? I make you laugh by being myself. You listen to me on the radio and the jokes I tell, oh darling, I imagine you just bust a gut.

Of course you do.

5. What was I like as a child? Scrawny and prone to being shoved into lockers, I’d imagine.

6. How old am I? It is rude to declare someones age.

7. How tall am I? 6'5 on a good day. 

8. What is my favourite thing to do? Be locked in your laboratory  breathing in fumes and discovering new things.

9. What do I do when you're not here? You know better.

10. If I become famous what will it be for? Probably causing an epidemic of some variety. Maybe they will name it after you.
