corvidaequills replied to your post “Writing is easy (at last for me), it’s the next part that’s hell :...”
oooo!!!!! book? What's it about?
Well...
It’s set in Europe, in the distant future after a natural disaster. The main characters work in an organization that has been protecting whatever is left of humanity. For various reasons, they decide to leave the organization to go back to their childhood home. On their way they encounter people who make them question this organization but also their view of the world. Most of these characters are way over 20-30 so it’s like a coming of age novel but not about teenagers.
Now I only wish I could put it behind me and work on the next project. It’s been years.

“I’ve started to read Throne of Glass. I like the setting but all those...”
I got like 1/3 a way through the first book, but the heroine just grated on me so much. Her characterization was badly written, and so is pretty much everything else
However if you're looking for a good series, I recommend Mistborn. The heroine in that is VERY well written
Ohh Good to know!!! By Brandon Sanderson? I will check it out. I’m actually not necessarily looking for a series (not sure I should commit to anything with my academic reading list screaming at me!!!) but I was looking for something compelling to read. I hadn’t even realized throne of glass was a series! Anyhow, I might be tempted..

I didn’t even make it halfway through the first one tbh :/
Thanks for letting me know.. There are a few elements that I find interesting but I have a feeling I won’t be lasting long either.

I am literally laughing out loud, how in the hell did you manage to get in on the ceiling? hahahahaha XD
I’m glad I made you laugh :D Well, I think the container must have bounced on something. Well, at least now I know that my theory about using vinegar and bicarbonate soda gives result : best non-toxic cleaning agent. I used it to scrub the ceiling (and since it was falling on me too, I had to use the least toxic cleaning agent!) But I’m full of this kind of stories. Next time you need to laugh, send me a message :D

Oh man same one time my aunts and I were making roasted nuts, and I don't know what we did wrong but when we took them out of the oven they EXPLODED. Literally exploded. All over the oven and ceiling.
Oh my!!! It must have been scary! And what a mess!!! I’ve also had oven disasters (Like dropping my Montgomery Pie’s molasses (thick and sticky) filling on the over door, and the floor and everywhere.)
Happy birthday!
Thank you my dear!
When is yours, by the way?
5!
5: A song that needs to be played LOUD
Well, I'm in a Cosmic Love (Florence + The Machine) phase. So yes, play it VERY LOUDLY!
Actually, play ALL her music loud!
