What work outs and stuff do you do

I go out for a walk, that takes an hour. I start out in a slow pace and then a power walk/run some parts that I have the power to do. And then I search on (spot on my body I want to work on) work out and I go into images and click on a random that I think sounds like a good one and then I do that one.And I have started to eat healthy! A really good smoothie that I make like all the time is a "Banana berry smoothie" So it's just banana, berry and some yogurt you like and then mix it! It's so good and healthy! And think about portions, know when to stop eating. Don't just eat because you want to eat, eat when you are hungry. Start eating smaller sizes, and it's okay to feel a little hungry, without eating. And if you crave something, but don't want to eat, drink a big glass of cold water.Another thing you can do is drink a big glass of water before you are going to eat that helps your body to process the food easier, and you don't eat as much because you are full from the water. And the thing about water, drink loads of it, it doesn't matter that you have to go to the toilet like 24/7, it helps your body, it's good for your skin and it's good for you. And sweets? You don't have to stop eating it, I haven't. I just take smaller sizes and sometimes I just take a bite to have the taste, and get the sweetness that it has, and everyone needs some sweets in their life. And your posture has a big part to because if you sit up straight and tuck your tummy in. It's good for your back and your tummy looks thinner. That is kinda all I do, I hope this helped you in some way.
