It's annoying how people in this fandom, including all these IWTV meta writers latch onto the actor's words only when it supports their theories and disregard other things that person has said because it doesn't align with their otp. These actors have been known to contradict themselves and yet here we are.
I truly can't take any fan like that seriously and also when they make up things never corroborated by the show. Armand was never confirmed to implant an entirely brand new memory in others and yet this gets used way too many times to pretend that Lestat never actually abused Louis, it was Armand's evil machinations doing mind magic. Please, that man has enough crimes that need to be addressed, we don't need to start crediting him for things other characters have done. It's so ridiculous.
Yeah I know, I need to filter and block and it's not worth getting annoyed over. I just think about the state of discourse in this fandom and how nothing has changed in 4 years and nothing will still change. The loudest opinions in this fandom aren't the most correct. It's about to get worse now that the Louis blaming has started up again.
