Allow freedom to be in everything you do. To the way you speak to the way you look.

For even if you're not enslaved physically, doesn't mean you're free mentally, emotionally, or spiritually.

Release the confines of anything that holds you back from being your true self.

Release people and situations that make you feel oppressed and suffocated.

I can assure you it won't take you long to realize who or what does this to you.

Oppression comes in many forms: as lovers, friends, spouses, or family.

It can come in the form of a job in a situation we may find ourselves in, society or religion.

Oppression is not always enforced by chains but sometimes by judgment, by actions, by words.

By fears of punishment and shame.

Freedom is not only for the rich, but it is if you put a price tag on it.

Freedom is not an impossibility, it is an Action waiting for you to understand in what form you wish to be free.

So ask yourself what if I was free?

It is insane how humans can be so fearful of taking the next step.

So fearful that we prefer to stay where we are, even when its uncomfortable or no longer good for us.

Not even when it affects the very fiber of our being.

We fear the end and assume the worse

That when something ends it's because something awful is next.

But ask yourself: what if?

What if it's not the end, but the beginning?

What if something better awaits you, but you must first close the chapter you're in?

What if?

But I ask you: how will you know?

How will you know, if you don't take the chance?

How will you know what your life can be, if you don't take that first step?

The one thing worse than fear is regret.

Spirit comes to us with a message to not be afraid.

Although your fears are valid, it is an unnecessary fear, for the choices you have to make, have come up because it is time for your next step in your journey.

You can not stay in the same spot and expect a different outcome.

It is time to close doors that lead to nowhere and rooms that leave you trapped.

For even when you're afraid, do it anyway!

You know what eventually happens when you're always on the go?

Life will force you to take a break and this can show up as an illness, an injury, a delay, anxiety, depression, or all at the same time.

In a society where being on the go is valued and rest is seemed as lazy or procrastination, it is important to battle this programming by taking moments to digest the things that not only happen in your life but in your mind.

Even when a response is asked to be made on a timely manner, it is very important to take a moment to digest what your actions will be.

You're being reminded to check in with yourself, that avoidance is not productive and doesn't contribute to your overall wellness.

We spend a lot of our time worrying about the way others see us.

Yet what really brings that into our reality, is really how we see ourselves.

In order to rise to our potential, it involves a lot of self awareness; in the sense of stripping away ideologies that were installed in us involuntarily or experiences that were out of our control.

We bring a lot to the table and at times the things that are placed on our plates, don't even belong to us.

Being able to solely focus on our internal development is a privilege not bestowed on many.

Although realistically we can't always be hyper aware of ourselves because life at times doesn't allow us to, but the effort we make, however little or subtle to us, is priceless and makes a difference on how we experience day to day life.

This is a reminder to take part in discovering your authentic self.

To understand that to be our true self involves discerning what people think of us.

That if you're going to take anything from those interactions, let it be a mirror; reflecting what parts of you need healing.

But not to create an image they believe is right for you.

Your greatest listener should always be your higher self.

It serves us as our own media to the reality of what you're here for
