14. our characters getting caught in the rain together
Jemma isn’t sure what made her agree to go on an actual date with Johnny given their history. It had to be his charm, definitely had to be his charm. It didn’t really matter now, though. They’d been having an excellent night on the town and she was really enjoying herself and his company. That is, when they’re walking down the streets and it starts to downpour. They’re without an umbrella, the rain was highly unexpected. Johnny would grab her, quickly and pull her under the nearest awning and she would giggle softly because at this point it was kind of unnecessary, they were both already soaking wet. He would press a single pointed finger to her lips to silence her before leaning down to kiss her, her arms would find their way around his neck and his would encircle her waist.
A minute later she would pull back from the kiss and then promptly try and tug him back out into the onslaught of raindrops. “I’ve always wanted to get kissed in the rain.” And this time she would be the one to lean in and lock lips with him.
