In relation to one of my recent posts, I just feel the need to say this, because apparently there are people close to my own age these days who find this difficult to comprehend.....

When it comes to any piece of media, or literally anything else, you can still enjoy that piece of media while also acknowledging that the person who created it is a bad person, or that at the very least they made mistakes. Just because you enjoy their work does not mean you support whatever it is they did. You are not transphobic just because you like Harry Potter. You do not condone abuse just because you like Rick and Morty or just because you like Valentino from Hazbin Hotel. I could go on with more examples, but these are the main two I wanted to talk about. You can enjoy any show or movie or any piece of media you like, but you can also acknowledge the creator of it is a bad person. Hell, you can choose not to like that piece of media, whether you just don't like it or you're choosing not to support the artist who made it, but it doesn't give you the right to bully people who like the artist or their work. And once again, when it comes to Valentino, yes, he is abusive, but he's also a FICTIONAL CHARACTER. He is not real, he will never be real, and no one in real life has actually been hurt by him. Because he's literally a fucking cartoon character. You're free to like him, you're free not to like him, and if you do like him, you're allowed to buy whatever merchandise Vivziepop has made of him. Buying merchandise of Valentino DOES NOT mean you condone abuse, because again, he's NOT REAL. But if you do dislike Valentino, and if you choose not to buy merch of him, that's your right, but it's not your right to bully people who do like Valentino, who buy merch of him, and it's sure as hell not your right to harass the people who make Hellaverse merch just because they make Valentino merch! Valentino is NOT REAL, so no one is getting hurt just because merch of him is being made and sold.

Honestly, I don't know how many people are gonna read this and actually think about what I'm saying. I don't know how bad the Harry Potter antis are when it comes to how they choose to fight transphobia just by bullying fans of it (you know, instead of doing meaningful things like forming protests) , but I know Tumblr has new Vivziepop anti content almost every day, so I'll keep making this same point as many times as I have to until maybe more people listen and realize how ridiculous it is to take a fictional character like Valentino this seriously. Honestly, if you're someone so unable to separate fiction and reality that you think liking Valentino means you support abuse, you need to spend less time online and more time in reality.

Ok so recently on here I’ve been seeing a lot of Wiggle hate and it’s really making me uncomfy so here’s a rant about it

Like did u guys forget Filbo, Wambus and probably everyone else ate Grambles bugsnax too or is it just convenient to call out the black coded character for doing so

i can’t really speak out on racism and what not bc I’m white but i just kinda hate the fact people in this fandom are so quick to point out Wiggle on her bullshit (even after she changed in the end of the game btw and got out of her bugsnax addiction) meanwhile Wambus did literally the same thing and ADMITTED to it and threatened Gramble MULTIPLE TIMES he’d eat them again, Filbo ate them too after saying he’d “babysit” them, Flooftys rudeness toward people, Beffica for starting drama with everyone and being a lil bitch to Filbo, Shelda for being a fraud, Cromdo LITERALLY BROKE THE LAW, etc etc

Literally everyone in this game has a problem (most of which are worse than Wiggles imo) and the fact no one calls out anyone’s problems except Wiggles lately just seems like white favoritism to me idk though

if u don’t like Wiggle it’s fine idc im not saying she did nothing wrong but like people only seem to call her out and no one else and i just think it’s really fucking weird

also, as someone who has a very shitty manipulative stepfather can i just say ; she’s never manipulated Gramble?? Like at all? She never forced him to do anything (for ex - she never tried to change his mind about bugsnax until he end where it’s revealed the bugsnax are parasites or when she wanted him to come on the beach with her and he said no she didn’t force him to) so idk where people got that from like she ate Grambles bugsnax i know that and it’s fucked up and she shouldn’t have done that but she never manipulated him

Like i said, if u don’t like Wiggle for whatever reason it’s totally fine and valid but don’t make up reasons to hate her that aren’t even true and meanwhile there are other characters that have done MUCH fucking worse

Project Hail Mary/iron lung head cannon Rocky try’s to make more jokes but they don’t always land since he’s not used to humor or at least the way humans joke around so while Grace will humor him with a giggle every now and then Rocky can tell Grace doesn’t really find him funny HOWEVER Simon finds Rocky fucking hilarious growing up in Eden his sense of humor is also not the best and he doesn’t understand a lot of graces jokes or expressions but Rocky will usually do the while “get it it’s because bla bla bla” and so then Simon will understand and laugh about it. Idk I need more Simon and Rocky interactions I actually think they’d get along really well
