Ω - Got any bad habits?

My main bad habit is biting my nails. I've had the habit since elementary school and I still haven't outgrown it. I also noticed that I crunch my hair between my nails and fingers a lot, and it annoys my mom to no end lol. Mmm...oh, another bad habit of mine is taking more food than I can eat in one sitting. I tend to waste a lot of food because of it OTL.
