He never picked favorites out of his brothers, but that didn't mean he cared for any of them specifically. Together they were the Four Horseman, and apart they each had their own purpose throughout this universe. It, however, wasn't out of the ordinary for them to occasionally meet. He found each of them annoying in their own certain ways so their meeting was never very long. He was the strongest of the four, the other three bending to the will, more or less happily, to Lucifer when the sot bound them. His brothers were always more easily persuaded.
Pestilience had been the brother of the meeting that day, the two had met in some small fish-and-chips spot. Upon the presence of both Pestilence and Death, none of the mortals in the shop stood a chance of enjoying their late lunch. Some kind of disease with boils spread like wildfire after his brother's entrance, and those who were further back managed to get to their feet before whatever other symptoms killed them.
The only good thing was that Death at least ordered his food before Pestilence infected everyone in it. His brother was aware of the happenings of London, but Death was not surprised in the least that Pestilence didn't care at all. No, it did not affect him. He did not care for the natural order of things. He created, he perfected, and he infected. He sent a few reapers with his brother after he left, and once again, he was alone. He preferred to be alone, and naturally, it did not seem to last long. He had just started on his milkshake when the door to fish-and-chips store opened and someone walked in.
[She had just taken a moment to look around at the crowd of people. She wasn't even sure what had caught her eyes, but within a second she had frozen up. Her body tensed, and her heart hammered in her chest. And then suddenly, she was jostled by someone beside her in the crowd.] Sorry, I— sorry. [That was when she realized her cheeks were wet.]

"--Right, could you repeat that so I'm sure I've heard that straight?"
Sooo...
"Can someone tell me what's going on around here?"
"'Cause I'm a little confused..."
You know, sneaking up on me can be bad for your health.

Sigyn walked into the hall alone. Loki knew about their invitation but Sigyn wasn’t sure if he was going to turn up or not. She thought it unwise to try to trap into a definite answer. As for herself, Sigyn wasn’t sure she why she was here. It was unwise, she supposed, to irritate her host who knew her true identity. Still, being here made her nervous.
Deciding what to wear had also been a chore. Whether or not this was a trap or not had to be considered. Then besides that what was appropriate. Vanir had no concept of winter clothing and all of the dresses Sigyn could conjure were either too cold or would be considered provocative. She had settled on an teal colored dress - combining her and her husband’s colors, that hung off her shoulders in a combination of Aesir and Vanir styles. Being Vanir, Sigyn wore no jewelry other than her wedding ring which she had unspelled. Also she wore no shoes, instead she wore gem incrusted anklets that spread across the top of her feet and wrapped around one toe that her people wore in place of shoes. Since she was married, her hair was in a braided up-do with little pearl shattered within it.
She watched looked around, checking out the guests. This was all very, very odd and she still wondered if this was a trap.
