"Sure, what are you confused about?"
"Um... well, for starters I'm a little lost on how I'm here, but I feel like that's going to be a weird conversation. So I'm not really sure if I'm ready to have that, and then you think I'm crazy."
"So, let's go with: do you happen to know a Sam or Dean Winchester?"
Sooo...
I wish I could blondie.
But, sadly, I’m as confused as you are.
"That's just my luck."
"But, at least we can be confused together? I'm Jess."
A Hunter on Baker Street | Garth & Jess
Garth walked down Baker Street and towards the cafe. He was still looking for Sam and Dean but at the moment he needed something to eat.
Jessica had been having a hard time sleeping the past few weeks. Every time she closed her eyes she saw flames. She'd end up waking with a start, her breathing heavy and the room spinning around her. She'd given up on trying to sleep all together. If she got too exhausted and passed out then so be it. But, she'd stopped actually going to sleep on her own. She had even tried sleeping during the days, but ended up with the same result.
So, instead, she found herself wandering the streets of London in search of someone who could help her find answers. But, she hadn't been paying attention to her surroundings and bumped into someone else on the sidewalk.
"Oh, I'm so sorry!" Jess exclaimed as she quickly turned towards the person, an apologetic look on her face. "Are you okay?"
Sooo...
"I dunno. I think you’ll find that you’ll kinda adjust to anythin’ if you have enough time and patience." Jo had returned from the dead and yet somehow had come to comprehend it without too much doubt or hesitation.
"No, not recently. I’ve kinda been outta commission for a while." Jo chuckles bitterly as she recalls the unfortunate cause of her death, but she continues. "I’ve been lookin’ for them though, and I heard a coupl’a people say they were somewhere ‘round London."
"Maybe, but maybe some things we shouldn't get used to," Jessica replied softly. There were several things one should never become accustomed to. Death, crime... heartbreak. The list could go on.
"Out of commission?" She questioned, her eyebrows knitting together in confusion at the other female's words. "What do you mean?" Then she paused. "Wait, in London? Why would they be there?"
Sooo...
[River rounded the corner of the building in time to see the head of the Weevil disappearing into an open Manhole. As she stopped, footsteps splashing through the puddles of the alley behind her suggested the girl from earlier was on her heels. When the girl caught up, River simply turned her head with a single question spinning with attitude from her lips.]
"Let me get this straight, a dangerous creature shows up along with a woman with a gun and you run after them?"
"I get the feeling this isn't going to be the weirdest experience I have," Jessica said in reply to the woman's question. "And I think it pale's in comparison to what I've already gone through."
She had caught the snippy tone in the woman's voice, but instead of matching the attitude in her own, she replied casually. She had questions and this woman was really all she had in getting the answers she sought out. She knew fighting fire with fire wasn't going to solve anything, because all it would end up doing was burning people in the process--namely her.
Sooo...
Jo shrugs off the statement, well adjusted to the supernatural and anything beyond. “Yeah, I suppose, but my life revolves around the weird. I’m kinda used to it all.”
"Try me." She crosses her arms, gaze fixated upon the other blonde. However, her expression shifts when Jess mentions Sam Winchester, the curiosity evident in her features. "Actually, yeah, I do. Him and his brother Dean, right?"
"Somethings you just don't get used to," Jessica muttered under her breath. The comment was meant for herself, because she was certain there was no way she could get used to dying and coming back again. And it was certainly something she didn't want to get used to.
At the blonde girl's comment, Jessica was caught off guard. Her blue eyes widened in surprise before smiling. "Y-yeah," She said with a nod of her head. "Do you happen to know where either of them are?" Maybe her luck was changing.
Sooo...
"Why wouldn’t you be here?" Jo deliberately ignores the how element of her statement. Either this girl was slightly mad, or she had experienced something beyond most as Jo had.
"I guess those are really weird questions to bring up, right? Not normal?" Jessica nodded her head. Definitely not normal questions.
"Um, y'know. I feel you probably can't answer my questions. But maybe you can help me find someone who can. This is a stretch, but--what the hell--do you know a Sam Winchester by chance?"
Sooo...
"What’re you confused about?"
"Well for starters, why I'm here."
"How I'm here is a good question too, but we'll focus on the 'why' for now."
Sooo...
"Fine." [River takes a breath before continuing.] "That thing that almost bit your arm off was called a Weevil and I have to go catch it before it hurts someone." [She runs off after the creature even before the last words leave her lips.]
[Jessica's eyes widened at the response from the woman before watching her take off towards the creature. She cocked her head, confusion etched in her pretty features.]
"A... wee-weevil?"
"Wait!"
[She groaned before taking off after the mysterious woman. She would probably regret this later, but right now she needed answered. And this woman was all she had.]
Sooo...
"Spoilers?"
"Instead of giving me a vague answer, could you maybe be a bit more helpful?"
Sooo...
"Can someone tell me what's going on around here?"
"'Cause I'm a little confused..."

Then:
Jessica Moore grew up with two loving parents who tried to provide her the world. They weren’t exceptionally rich, but they gave her what they could. And she was grateful. All throughout her life, everyone seemed to be drawn to her. She was an adorable girl with a charming personality. As she grew older, the adorable girl turned gorgeous and her charming personality helped her make friends easily in school. And nothing changed once she reached college. After graduation, it took the pretty blonde a small amount of time to figure out what she wanted to do. But upon volunteering at a hospital that summer, knew that being a nurse was her calling. So, that fall her bags were packed and she had set off towards Stanford. Meeting Sam Winchester had been a curve ball and not something she was expecting. But she welcomed the surprise. A mutual friend of the two, Tyson Brady, had introduced them and Jessica found herself quite taken with the tall stranger. And soon after, the two had become quite good friends which developed into more as time went on. Sam was always a little guarded and never quite opened up completely about his family to her, but she trusted him. But all good things come to an end eventually. And this was no different.
After receiving a surprise visit from his older brother, Sam went off in search for his father. While Jess was worried about him, she allowed him to go. But that would be the last time Sam ever saw Jess alive. That night, the very same friend that introduced them to each other paid Jess a visit and ended her life. Jess was a pure soul, and it would’ve been no surprise for her to end up in heaven. But there were other plans for her.
Now:
Being such an important person in the youngest Winchester’s life, the king of Hell couldn’t let this opportunity go to waste. And Jess’ soul never reached heaven. While in hell, demons tortured her, hoping to gain information on Sam or better yet… turn her against her love and use her to manipulate him. But Jess’ love for Sam was too great and she held strong. For seven years on earth, she was stuck in hell. Then out of nowhere, she found herself up on the surface, her body in tact yet bruised and scarred. The hope was that by the angels giving Sam back Jessica, he would be more open to doing their bidding. And Jess could push him in the direction the angels needed. But the Winchesters never give in that easily. And while she’s not a hunter, Jessica is willing to help the brothers in anyway she can.
Relationships:
Friendships – She’s one of those people who can get along with anyone she comes into contact with. Though the Winchester brothers are the only ones she trusts now. And whoever they trust is an ally of hers.
Enemies – Before her death, she wouldn’t have been onto to get into fights. But things are different, and she’s wanting to help the Winchesters in their battle on earth.
Potential Romances – Jess has always loved Sam and probably always will.
