SWAP AU BABY! Part 1 / Part 2 / Part 3
I played with quick lil edits for my swap AU! It's very simple, I swap Narinder and the Lamb, and cats are now the extinct species so you get sheep followers instead. I didn't swap anything about the three eyes, no logic, just because I like it that way.
The swap list for cat to sheep has Aym, Baal and Forneus, but the yellow cat is the only one I did so far!
This is not swapped Morgan (I just used him as a ref cause I was stuck), but another character entirely that I got on my second game, named Meran. They have two traits: polyamorous and jailbreaker. So that's a chaotic little shit of a lamb. So another entire different dynamic with Leshy, I played with it a bit!
I'm hesitating between Maeve and Serene for the God Lamb's name.
They get Narinder's bell after they're freed, because he throws it in their face. The Lamb wanted to be out fast, at any cost. They expected Narinder to rebel, and they expected the chances he would kick their ass was pretty high, but asked for his sacrifice regardless. Narinder feels betrayed obviously, for being asked to be a sacrifice yet again. But despite being furious, he hesitates to finish off the Lamb. They're so happy to not be a chained god anymore, whether it means life or death, as long as they're out. It's too heartbreaking even for him, even completely enraged. He changes his mind once teleported back at the cult though, but Thoron and Valefar tackle him and convince him to not cut them in two, and to calm down before making any decisions.
He's resentful because he would have wanted a bit more time to figure something out, despite the prophecy, but didn't have the chance to do so. And he definitely didn't want to be a god. But he can't stay angry for long, seeing his Lamb overexcited and overjoyed at the smallest things they missed for centuries. He worked his ass off for this, and while the betrayal hurts, it's hard not to understand the despair that fueled their actions. And he's been in love with them for way too long anyway he's too far gone.
