Trying not to be 'that person' but has anyone noticed a lot of the drama and shit lately in any fandom has been started by minors? Like. 'You can't ship this because we don't know a canon age but we all think this one is an adult and this one is like 10' or 'You drew him too light' or 'you're drawing your genderbends too feminized'. Or ranting why genderbends are awful (I use it to feel closer to my fave characters by swapping to my genderfluid status). Just..

Stupid shit that I have not seen since my own days of youth, before all the people I interacted with grew up.

I'm about to just go through my entire following list and start a mass purge. Because wtf. Like every person I unfollowed for this ridiculous bs has been someone younger than 18.

Trying not to attack anyone. Teens go do your thing and enjoy yourselves. But y'know.. Chill. The adults aren't ever really interacting with you. You're pulling yourself into this drama. Trust me I know I was there to witness this kind of thing back in the day. I often thought 'wow this person is doing something I don't like I'm gonna rant about it' but that was on DeviantART, where it was very hard at the time for your journal to be noticed. Or in the Chats with just a few friends.
