I was baffle and curious what is this bridge sculptures standing here in Council Bluffs Iowa. The first time I saw it it reminded me of Freddy Kruger, Edward Scissorhand and Transformer. It looks like a combination of junkyard scrap metals that put together. We happened to exit on that bridge and saw how gigantic it is from such a close angle.
