Ki: We try not to reuse plots, unless we have a great idea for how we can do them better. We do reuse characters we really liked (Ryouma! Ginta! Satomi!) As for ships…
Every day, I curse ANBU’s ban on fraternization/Raidou’s boundaries rule, and every day, DK laughs at me.
DK: In fairness, writerly outrage will never not be funny. Ki’s in particular. :D For ships, the fraternization ban does make things tricky, but not — very much not — impossible. Pretty much if you can think of it as a pairing in Legacy, we’ve discussed it and approve of it, and will write it as soon as a good excuse opportunity arrives.
Nezu: We’re more likely to reuse settings or basic ideas than whole plots. I think at this point if we were to revisit a plot, it would be, as Ki said, to do them better. Especially some of the mission plots from Scarlet Spiral, which had a lot of potential. As for ships, don’t worry, your ship will probably sail. It’s not like they’re not also our ships. *grin*
