Erville Blackmont AKA Count Maniac

One of the biggest names in the world of organised crime. As a boy, he lost his parents and his arm in a tragic roller-coaster accident, though he was fitted with an extendable bionic arm afterwards. He decided to use his arm as a weapon, to take revenge on those he believed responsible for his parents deaths. Leaving a string of murders behind him, he became involved in several criminal organisations, manipulating them and building his own network from within.
