Young Justice Society: Coldhearted
The Young Justice episode "Coldhearted" aired on March 10, 2012. In this episode Kid Flash (Wally West) is disappointed on his birthday when he is tasked by Batman to deliver a heart to Queen Perdita of Vlativa, while the rest of the team is sent to join the Justice League and destroy flying fortresses causing nationwide snowstorms. On the way he is attacked by Justice Society villians Vandal Savage and Count Vertigo.
It was a great episode focusing on Kid Flash.
