HMAS Australia, a County-class heavy cruiser built by John Brown and Company at Clydebank, Scotland for the Royal Australian Navy, launched in 1927.
HMAS Shropshire, County-class heavy cruiser. She was transferred to the Royal Australian Navy after the loss of HMAS Canberra at Savo Island, and saw extensive service in the Pacific Theater, where she was present for the Japanese surrender at Tokyo Bay.

The heavy cruiser HMS Sussex, shown in 1928, belonged to the London sub-class of the County-class. Capable of 32 knots and armed with eight 8" guns, Sussex served in the Atlantic theatre, Indian Ocean and Pacific theatre during the Second World War.
