This haul from h&w produce is the re-start of healthy living. Summer is over and it's time to smarten up ahah. Been going back to the gym 3-4 times a week which is fantastic, but time to get the eating back in check. But I am ever so happy to say that my lovely man is embracing this health journey as well. We have both set short term and longer term goals with dates as well which I feel is extremely important.
