Significant changes in President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s Cabinet, as per Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin's announcement on 29 May 2025:

Office of the Solicitor General: Solicitor General Menardo Guevarra replaced by Darlene Berberabe, Dean of the University of the Philippines College of Law.

Commission on Higher Education (CHED): CHED Chairperson, Prospero de Vera III replaced by Shirley Agrupis.

Philippine National Police (PNP): Nicolas Torre has been named the new PNP Chief, succeeding Police General Rommel Francisco Marbil.

Aside from Philippines' President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. (2022 - present), only 2 other presidents of the country have formally requested courtesy resignations from the entire Cabinet in order to reorganize the government or reassert control over their administrations.

They were: President Corazon Aquino (1986–1992) in December 1989 after the failed coup attempt, and President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (2001–2010) in July 2005, during the "Hello Garci" election scandal.
