This absolute gem popped up in my "Youtube Recommendations" today and OMG I'm sooooo glad it did, and for a few very specific WillScuella reasons AAAAAAA!😍😍😍❤❤❤
But first things first, context:
This is a video that depicts a French-speaking folk dance group performing "Oh Suzanna" (the Yamboo version). Everything's pretty standard up to the first minute and then...something truly magical and sweet happened, something that made the big softie in me cry happy tears🥲🥲❤
At 0:51 there is a toddler who, trusty sippy cup in hand, wanders closer and closer to the dancers, stopping right were the frontliners are dancing, happy as a clam and unfazed by all the movement and commotion😍😍😍❤❤❤
There's always the potential danger that someone might inadvertedly knock into him though, and it's then that one of the frontliners (who I think might very well be the toddler's dad) picks up the little one like a true boss, midstep and all, and proceeds to DANCE THE WHOLE SONG WITH THE TODDLER IN HIS ARMS AAAAA!😍😍😍😍😍❤❤❤
Needless to say that I became instant goo and all ekfjdicsndlfjdofjdjfudkxjdjd and kept rewatching the video like the VeryNormalPerson that I am😅😇🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣❤
And, of course, what is the very first thing that my WillScuella-mired brain conjured up at this adorable sight ?😈❤😈❤❤😈
Answer: Bill jumping to the rescue by picking up his and Javier's little one as the toddler starts walking through the unruly mass of merry, drunken dancers (either at camp or in the restaurant-saloon that will feature later on in my WillScuella fic "Lucharé"🤗🤗). He starts swaying to the rythm a bit inspite of himself as he makes his way through the crowd, bouncing his baby as he/she laughs and claps happily at the music. He's still clumsily almost-dancing as they reach Javier, who is playing his guitar along the other musicians, his smile one of surprise and fond contentment as he sees his husband letting himself enjoy the moment with no self-consciousness in sight, laughing away with their little one AAAAAAAAA😍😍😍😍❤
That's become a headcanon now, and I'll just have to write that in!🤩🤩🤩❤
