[People loosing their shit over the dog in Fallout 4 is kind of annoying. I honestly found it obnoxious watching the crowd barely react to the genuinely interesting aspects of the game that were presented by E3 but flipped out over something that has existed in just about every single Fallout game.
I find the idea of pet companions in video games to be pandering honestly. They often feel like they got wedged into the game for the squee factor. ]
