you cannot assign a full on sewing project, not explain how to sew, grade it based on how good it looks, only put vague instructions, and not put a list of necessary materials i think. i think that is evil and i think you’re setting your students up for failure

i feel giddy, i'm going to college in two weeks and i know i have to come home for holidays and such but that still means i have months of safety outside of those breaks! and! and i feel like something just clicked in terms of steps towards emetophobia/ocd recovery and i'm free from a godawful relationship and i've reconnected with someone i've missed so much since eighth grade (hi j!!) and i'm less anxious when eating and after i finish ring (the book) i'm going to watch the movie with one of my favorite people ever (hi user thatoneitchyplant!!) and i feel hopeful for once

#i'm genuinely so terrified that all of this will come crashing down #or i will jinx myself by saying this #or the universe will look at this and decide to just like... make it all awful again #i'm scared that i won't be able to weather whatever life throws at me next #but! but those are worries!#they don't mean anything until they possibly come to pass and if they do? i can handle it #i've been through hell and back and it'll suck if i have to work back up to this point in terms of mental health but i know i can do it #hashtag hopecore or whatever #coyotl posts #this may and june have been some of the worst months but also some of the best #something something life has balances and the joys feel even more joyful when you experience hardship as well
