Ingredients: 2 cups milk. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup water. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 cup whiskey. Whipped cream for garnish. Cinnamon sticks for garnish.
Instructions: Mix the cocoa powder, sugar, water, and ground cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat until a smooth chocolate sauce forms. When the hot chocolate is heated through but not boiling, add the milk and keep heating, stirring from time to time. After turning off the heat, whisk in the whiskey.
