You've been commissioned for two different sets of Charizard icons. Are you worried that you'll get more commissions for Charizard icons and run out of unique poses to draw each icon in?

As long as a commissioner can make unique design & personality specifications for the Pokémon, I don’t see it becoming an immediate issue
