No, their narrative is that the drugs didn't cause that psychotic episode because Panda was an "experienced" drug user. That Panda's death was a tragic accident from her existing mental health issues, presumably schizophrenia.
But the medical consensus is that psychedelics and hallucinogens are unsafe for schizophrenics, especially those who are not clinically stable.
That group is never going to admit that they have a substance abuse problem that has lead to the rapes and deaths of their own. Because they love their drugs too much. They'll throw each other under the bus to keep their ket.
