Each creature within 5 feet of that point must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the target takes 33 (6d10) fire damage and ignites. Until the creature takes an action to douse the fire, the target takes 5 (1d10) fire damage at the start of each of its turns. If the saving throw is successful, the target takes half the fire damage and is not ignited. The fire ignites any flammabe objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried.
Some cambions are granted rare insight into the nature of the Hells, especially those born to devils closely associated with Mephistopheles. The lord of the 8th layer of Hell has delved deep into the study of hellfire, and those cambions who prove clever, cunning and useful may be granted a touch of the supernatural flame, the better for Mephistopheles to study its use and effects on a living creature. These hellfire magus as they are often known usually burn out quickly, their lives cut short by the connection to hellfire.
